Any requests made to return goods may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 25% handling fee. To make a return, please contact us first and provide your order information. Goods must be:

• In their original packaging
• Unused and undamaged

Ventilation Supply Shop will only accept returns within 28 days of receipt of goods. Bespoke and non-standard items cannot be accepted for returns. Our full returns and refund policy is available on our FAQ page.

Ventilation Supply Shop aims to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days of the order date, although some deliveries may take longer. All our packages are delivered by reputable couriers and we will always endeavour to meet your needs. We also provide an easy and click and collect service from our Market Harborough location. When ordering ventilation and ducting products online, please select the in-store pickup option. We will then notify you when your order is ready for collection within our opening hours (09:00 to 17:00 Monday-Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 on Friday).
