WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES?
Ventilation Supply Shop aims to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days of the order date, although some deliveries may take longer. All our packages are delivered by reputable couriers and we will always endeavour to meet your needs. If you have not received your order within 7 working days then please get in touch.

Customised or made to order items may take longer. If you have specific delivery requirements then please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY PROGRESS ONCE SHIPPED?
When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email notification which contains the relevant tracking details for your order. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can help you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
IF AN ITEM ISÂ DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?
Ventilation Supply Shop always aims to ensure that our products arrive in great condition, however sometimes items can get damaged in transit.
We request ask that our customers check their delivery when it arrives. If there is any indication of damage, please make sure that you sign for items as "damaged" and let us know as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt. If possible, please take photographs of how the items arrived and the damage caused to help us solve the problem.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MISSING?
There may be a few reasons why you may not have received your order in full. Occasionally, our couriers will separate consignments when dispatching.
We ask our customers to please verify that the number of items which you accept delivery for matches the number of items which are delivered. In the event that you have not received your full order by the end of the same working day, if the first part was delivered then please get in touch so we can investigate this for you.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM VENTILATION SUPPLY SHOP DIRECTLY?
We also provide an easy and click and collect service from our Market Harborough location. When ordering ventilation and ducting products online, please select the in-store pickup option. We will then notify you when your order is ready for collection.
We are based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire and our opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday-Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 on Friday. If you run into any difficulties, please contact us on 01858 410743 and we'll be happy to assist.
If you would like to order and collect from us immediately please, get in touch prior to ordering so that a member of our team can check if the item you need is in stock.
I NEED HELP TO SUBMIT A RETURN. HOW DO I DO THIS?
Any requests made to return goods may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 25% handling fee. To make a return, please contact us first and provide your order information. Goods must be:

Ventilation Supply Shop will only accept returns within 28 days of receipt of goods. Bespoke and non-standard items cannot be accepted for returns.

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY PAYMENT DETAILS ONTO YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Both our website and checkout process are fully secured, so you can be rest assured that your information is safe. Payments by credit or debit card for goods and services are processed by Global Pay. When payment is taken, the transaction details are collected over a secure link. We do not store any other financial details other than your contact information which are used to manage deliveries and returns.
WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
CAN I PAY VIA A BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, please call us on 01858 410743 and we can raise a proforma invoice to you.
WILL YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
No, our couriers cannot accept cash on our behalf. All payments must be made online during the checkout process on our store or over the phone where we can arrange a proforma invoice to be sent to you. Please get in touch on 01854 10743 if you need to discuss your requirements.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON COLLECTION ORDERS?
Yes, we do offer a cash on collection service. You will not have this option if placing a click and collect order on our online store. Instead, if you would like to place an order where cash payment is made on collection please give us a call so we can get this booked in.
I'VE FORGOTTEN TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER. HOW DO I AMEND THIS?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched and we have the items in stock we should be able to amend your order for you. Please fill in our contact form or give us a ring on 01858 410743 and have your order number ready so we can help you with your enquiry.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, you can place an order for any of our ventilation and ducting range over the phone by calling Ventilation Supply Shop on 01858 410743 and our team in Market Harborough will be able to process this for you.
WILL I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE?
When your order is processed you will be sent a VAT invoice from Ventilation Supply Shop by email containing your order details.
